Excavator return oil filter element
The working environment of the excavator is generally harsh and dusty. The filter element of the excavator is mainly used to protect the corresponding parts of the excavator, reduce the entry of impurities and dust, improve the working efficiency of the excavator and extend the service life.
There are many types of excavator filter, the common types are air filter, air conditioning filter, hydraulic oil pipeline filter, fuel filter, hydraulic oil return filter, pilot filter, hydraulic oil suction filter, etc. These filters play an important role in the maintenance of excavator.
The hydraulic oil return filter element of the excavator needs to be replaced every 1000 hours. Note when replacing:
(1) First release the internal pressure of the hydraulic tank.
(2) Unscrew the hydraulic oil return end cover.
(3) In order to remove the spring, bypass valve assembly, and finally remove the oil filter element.
(4) Install the return oil filter element according to the disassembly step.
