Excavator oil pipe accessories

Excavator oil pipe is a pipeline system used to transport hydraulic oil. 

(1) Should be parked in a dry room. If you have to park outside, you should choose a flat surface and cover it with wooden boards. Cover with a cloth after parking.

(2) Storage of Excavator Parts and engines.

① Discharge the cooling water in the engine.

② Change the engine oil. The new oil is usually neutral and will not corrode the metal parts of the engine.

③ Fill the fuel tank with diesel fuel to avoid rust. Preservatives should also be added if conditions permit.

④ During the shutdown period, the engine should be started once a month to make the machinery travel a short distance, so that a new oil film is established at the lubrication of each part to prevent rust.

Note: The cooling water should be filled before starting, and the cooling water should be drained at the end.
